We hope you love your gifts, if however you aren't completely happy send us a message via the contact page within 14 days to let us know. 

Return the item to us, this can be either dropped in to the shop or posted back to us and we will process the refund. 

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on pierced items e.g earrings.
